Beach selectionTripadvisor's “Hidden Gems” and “Beaches” filters were applied together for each selected country.

Data collectedBeach name, traveller rating and number of reviews were recorded. Data was accessed on July 21, 2025.

Score calculationRating and review count were percentile-ranked, weighted equally and combined into a score out of 100.

Important context“Crowd-free” describes the Hidden Gems filter, not live visitor counts. Ratings and reviews can change over time.
